A very lovely place with fantastic personnel particularly the Management and his nice wife who made us feeling at home. They assisted us for any required issue during our staying in Sivas and made our staying to a fabulous memory. به ایرانیان عزیزی که قصد مسافرت به شهر سیواس را دارند این هتل را پیشنهاد میکنم. مدیریت این هتل و همسر ایشان بسیار قابل احترام و دوست داشتنی بودند و طی اقامت ما با توجه به عدم آشنایی ما با زبان ترکی در خصوص هر گونه مشکل اداری و ... با گشاده رویی همکاری کرده که از این بابت بسیار سپاسگزاریم. اتاقها بسیار تمیز و سرویس هتل عالی بود. مطمئن باشید از اقامت در این هتل لذت خواهید برد..
1. Very nice rooms and clean. 2. Good Personnel specially Mr. Zaki who looked after us like his family. 4. Reasonable and good price. 5. Personnel were so friendly and collaborative.
